BERRY GOOD PROTEIN SMOOTHIE:

What you will need:

1/2 cup Sliced Strawberries (frozen or fresh)

1/4 cup Raspberries (frozen or fresh)

1/4 cup Blueberries (frozen or fresh)

1/2 Spinach

1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1 to 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

4-6 Ice Cubes

~Blender

Place all ingredients above in a blender and mix away!!

 

 

TROPICAL PROTEIN SMOOTHIE:

What you will need:

1/4 cup Pineapple Chunks (frozen or fresh)

1/4 cup Mango Chunks (frozen or fresh)

1/2 a Banana

1 to 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup Coconut Milk

4 to 6 Ice Cubes

~Blender

What you will need:

2 tablespoons Rolled Oats

2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder

1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

4 to 6 Ice Cubes

1 teaspoon Chia Seeds

4 to 6 Ice Cubes

What you will need:

1/2 cup Blackberries (frozen or fresh)

1/2 a Banana

1/2 cup Coconut Milk

1/2 Plain Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

1 to 2 tablespoons Honey 

1 to 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

4 to 6 Ice Cubes
