6.5 miles RT~ 1,655 ft elevation gain
This hike is moderate but a butt-kicker in the winter months! Those months add some challenging climbs in the snow and some extra length onto the trek.
-Dog Friendly
-Moose, deer, and elk are known in this area
-Great snowshoeing trail. Pack your skis or snowboard, you could ride back to your car!
-Beautiful mountain views
-Highly populated trail
-Ive honestly never hiked this in the spring/summer-time. I’ll have to report back with more goodness when I hike it this season!
